Poori (flat and hard) - 4
Aloo-channa chat mix - ½ cup
Sev - 2 tablespoons
Green chutney - 1 tablespoon
Tamarind chutney - 1 tablespoon
Curd - ½ cup
Eastern Chilli powder - 1 teaspoon
Amchoor powder - 1 teaspoon
Black salt - 1 teaspoon
Coriander leaves - for garnishing
Method:
Whip the curd adding chilli powder, amchoor powder and black salt. Take
a bowl and place the aloo-channa mix and lay the poori's on top. Add
the chutneys and whipped curd. Finally add the sev and garnish with
coriander leaves and serve. The chutney measure can be increased
depending on taste requirements.
Variations:
Finely chopped onions, tomatoes and cucumber can also be added.
