Beef Fry
 

Ingredients:
500 gmg beef
20 gms Ginger
100 gms Onions (sliced thin)
2 springs Curry leaves
2-3 teaspoons Eastern Coriander powder
2-3 teaspoons Eastern Chilly powder
1/2 teaspoon Eastern Turmeric powder
1 teaspoon Eastern Meat masala powder
1 teaspoon Vinegar
2 teaspoonsSalt
100 ml water
200 gms Coconut cut into 1 inch pieces (optional)

For sauteing

100 gms Mustard
Sliced Onions 2 springs
Curry leaves
4-5 teaspoons Oil

Method of preparation:

• Mix well all the ingredients other than for sauteing with the Pork.
• Pressure cook it for 20 minutes.
• Remove from the cooker.
• Heat the oil for sauteing. Add the mustard and allow it to crackle.
• Then add the onions and curry leaves and allow the onions to brown.
• Add the cooked meat and fry till it turns blackis.
