Ingredients:
250 gms Beef / Buffalo meat ( cut into big pieces)
¼ tsp Eastern Turmeric powder
50 ml Water
200 gms Shallots
100 gms Garlic
2-3 tsp Eastern Chilly powder
½ tsp Coconut vinegar
¾ tsp Salt
100 ml Oil
Method:
1 Cook the cleaned meat with turmeric , ¼ tsp. salt and water till done and no water is left.
2 Pound the cooked meat pieces and shred by hand into fine shreds.
3 Heat oil and fry the meat, when half done add the chilly powder, continue to fry till the meat is well fried.
4 Remove and keep aside.
5 Heat oil and fry the shallots and garlic till golden brown in color.
6 Remove and keep aside.
7 Mix well with hand the fried meat, shallots, garlic along with ½ tsp. salt and vinegar.
