½ cup Husked green gram
¼ Coconut grated
A pinch Eastern Cumin seeds
Salt
Method
1 Heat the dal slightly and pressure cook it with a little salt and a glass of water.
2 Grind the coconut and cumin seeds to a paste. Add it to the cooked dal. Bring to a boil.
3 Season it with a few red chillies and mustard.
