Eastern Pathiri Podi - 1 ½ glass
Water -2 glass
salt -to taste
Oil -1 tablespoon
Method
1. Heat pan. Add water and boil. Also add a teaspoon of oil and salt. When it boils lower the flame to minimum and add the flour to the water mixing continuously.
2. Keep stirring to make a smooth and soft dough. Remove from flame when the dough is soft.
3. Now make small balls of the dough and roll out like chapathies.
4. Heat pan and place the pathiris on it Don't use oil. Once both sides are done.
5. It can be served with Kozhi (Chicken) curry made using Eastern Chicken Powder .
