Ingredients :
1 Nendrakaya banana 150 gms coconut oil ¼ teaspoon Eastern Turmeric Powder Salt to taste
Method :
1. Peel the banana and slice into thin round pieces or split the banana into 4 thin pieces and slice. 2. Heat oil and fry the banana pieces. When it is ¾ done, add turmeric powder and salt mixed in 1 teaspoon water. Fry well.
